The Council, as a member of the Torbay Strategic Partnership has agreed to support 12 Community Partnerships in Torbay to increase the involvement of local people and communities in the way in which the Torbay Strategic Partnership works.  The membership of each Community Partnership will be open to all people living or working, or organisations operating, within the boundary of the Community Partnership.
