Consultation and Engagement Strategy

This report provides a consultation framework (otherwise known as the Consultation and Engagement Strategy) for the council's consultation arrangements, and is required within the Best Value process.  This policy document is currently being incorporated into a joint strategy and will be replaced when the new joint document is available.
