Valuation Office Agency
One of the main responsibilities of the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is allocating the correct council tax band to all homes in England and Wales.
The current council tax bands in England came into effect on 1 April 1993. Wherever you live, you can check your current council tax band in the Council tax list.
