Torbay Council and the Torbay Development Agency have produced a promotional film which was shown to over 60 potential investors from throughout the UK who visited Torbay to find out about the development opportunities in the Mayor’s Vision, which could attract over £400million investment to Torbay and 2,000 jobs.
