These fees are based on an estimate of the costs of providing access to property records and of the number of applications for information the Council is likely to receive during 2009/2010.   
Where appropriate, the estimated numbers of applications are based on actual numbers for the previous 12 months with an adjustment to reflect the current economic climate.
