Victims of Fire - After Care

If you have been a victim of fire then you already know how traumatic and devastating it can be, but having the right assistance and advice there when you need it will help you through this difficult time.

The advice given here has been broken down into logical sections for easy reference, but should you need any more assistance please contact your local Fire Service.

Always remember that prevention is better than cure and should you require any advice whatsoever, do not hesitate to contact your local Fire Prevention Officer who will be pleased to advise how to prevent fire re-occurring in your home.

If at any time after a fire you feel unwell or suffer the after effects of smoke inhalation, contact your Doctor or Hospital Accident and Emergency department.
