Overview
‘Building Blocks to Recovery’ is a strategy or plan around providing mental health services. The strategy covers Torbay mental health, housing support, accommodation and day services from 2011-2016. This is a partnership approach between Torbay Council, Torbay Care Trust
and Devon Partnership Trust
to develop and provide services.
and Devon Partnership Trust
to develop and provide services. Our plan is to achieve the best recovery possible for people with mental ill health by supporting them to achieve the outcomes they identify and choose. By providing services jointly with our partners, we will achieve a better range of services and save money, avoiding duplication. We want people to be involved in the planning of their services, to choose the service they receive and to be involved as much as they wish.
