Oldway Development Project
From 28 May - 4 July, a consultation exercise was carried out by Torbay Council to obtain the community's views on the future of Oldway Mansion and it's grounds and the results are now in!
During the six week consultation period 479 people took the opportunity to have their say on the ideas put forward by short listed developers Urban Splash and Swan Country Homes. They were also asked to think about which developer they would like to take the site forward and the type of development they would like to see at Oldway.
The results have been analysed and can be downloaded (see Related Documents), along with all the individual responses.
