This is a rare opportunity to experience a Ghost Hunt Sleepover at Torquay Museum. Only a few ghost hunting groups have previously slept over at the Museum, bedding down in the gallery next to its human mummy.

Run by highly experienced ghost hunting group, Gatekeepers Paranormal, visitors will be able to be part of a lights-out investigation of a building with a lot of recent paranormal activity, and its own Ancient Egyptian mummy.

During previous highly eventful paranormal evenings at the Museum there have been photographs taken of apparitions, fingerprints were discovered on the inside of a mummy case which hadn't been opened in years and a 300 year old crib rocked of its own accord. In October of 2016, CCTV cameras caught leaflets and books inexplicably flying off the shelves in the Museum’s shop.

If you have ever wanted to try your hand at ghost hunting but don't know where to start, then now is your chance to explore the ghostly side of one of Torquay’s most iconic buildings, led by the highly experienced group, Gatekeepers Paranormal, who will use a wide range of techniques to communicate with the spirit world.

All proceeds from this Ghost Hunt Sleepover will go to Torquay Museum in order to help conserve and display its large, varied and internationally important collections spanning 400 million years.

Tickets include a DIY breakfast.
