Adjusting Your Browser Settings

Most browsers and screens can be adjusted to help you view websites more clearly and this can be done by altering the size, format and colours.  If you are experiencing problems with our font size, you can change your settings according to the following instructions.

Increasing the Font Size

Internet Explorer 5, 6, 7 and 8 (PC)

Choose View > Text Size from the menu and select your preferred text size.

Internet Explorer for Mac

Choose Preferences > Web Browser > Language/Fonts from the menu select your preferred text size.

Mozilla Firefox

Choose View > Text Size from the menu and select Increase or Decrease to select your preferred text size. Alternatively you can press Ctrl and + or - until the text is at your preferred size. Visit the Mozilla support forums for more information: Changing fonts and colors opens in a new window

Safari

Choose View> from the menu then Make text bigger or Make text smaller.

Opera

Choose View menu from the menu then Zoom.

Google Chrome

Click on the Page icon on the toolbar, choose Zoom and select Increase or Decrease to select your preferred text size.  Alternatively you can press Ctrl and + or - on your keyboard until the text is at your preferred size.  Visit the Google Chrome help for more information: Page tools: Change font size opens in a new window or Basic browser settings: Fonts, languages, and encodings opens in a new window.

You can adjust the font size on any page of the website using the smaller and larger options in the Page Options panel to the right of the page.
