Submit Images for the Gallery

To get your images published in Your Gallery please send them via email to pictures@torbay.gov.uk (72dpi, no larger than 1mb).  

Please note: Sending in your images confirms that you accept the terms and conditions below:

Terms and conditions

1. Only imagesof Torbay - Torquay, Paignton or Brixham - will be added to the Gallery.
2. Images must not feature any individual/s who can be clearly identified.
3. Copyright must belong to the person who submits the images, ensuring that the sender has the rights to allow publishing of the images.
4. By sending in your images you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and use the images in any way that we wish. You still own the copyright to every image you submit, and we will endeavor to credit each image when it is used.
5. We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your images as we see fit for publishing.
6. Please note that it is possible for any images published on the Internet to be copied and used by others. If you do not wish to accept this possibility then please do not submit your image for inclusion in the Gallery.
7. We cannot guarantee that all submitted images will be used.
8. Images deemed to promote commercial interests will not be published.
9. Images will only be held for as long as they remain on the Gallery once the image is removed it will be destroyed.
10. Torbay Council will only use any personal details provided such as a name, for the purpose of identification of the submission of the photo. The name of the person who has submitted the photo will appear underneath the photo on the website. This data will not be used for any other purpose.
11. Torbay Council will process all data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 .
