This consultation is now closed. The final date for feedback was 16 December 2015.

Torbay Council is reviewing its Policy regarding the operation of Pavement Cafes and we invite comment from residents, businesses and users/potential users of such premises.  The draft Policy, which sets out the operating standards the Council expects of Pavement Cafes trading in the Bay, strives to ensure cafes of this nature will add vitality to, and help maximise the use of our public spaces for people, boost the local economy and add to the complement of facilities available to those living, working and visiting the area. One or two of the changes will potentially be controversial so this is your chance to express your views to help form policy.

Pavement Cafe Licensing Policy 2016 - 2021
