We fund Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust Opens in a new window (TSDFT) who are responsible for providing health and adult social care for people in Torbay.

There are a number of community services and day activities for people with a learning or physical disability/mental illness and for older people. These services are only available following an assessment of need. This is a discussion with you to find out how best to support you with the problems you are having. TSDFT will look at your needs and decide whether you are eligible for services.

There may be a charge for day services or activities. If you would like more information and to find out whether you would be eligible for the service, please contact TSDFT.
