Distance Selling

Distance contracts are controlled by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which came into force on 13th June 2014.  The Regulations apply to the majority of contracts made at a distance between a trader and consumers within the EU.
