Summary
|
Torbay Children Services are looking to appoint two Family Support Workers to be based within the Torbay Early Intervention Cluster Teams. We are looking for experienced, skilled front-line practitioners who are commited to ensure the very best outcomes for the children, young people and families of Torbay. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team and will assess needs and provide appropriate packages of intervention to support families to achieve best outcomes. We are ensuring evidenced-based practice informs service delivery and we want to recruit staff who are committed to making a difference
