If you have an emergency at any time that requires immediate attention,
such as flooding or a fallen tree, please call the Emergency Control Room on 01803 550405
You can use this form to report problems with roads, pavements, and other public
spaces in Torbay (called 'highways').
How to report a problem with highways
If you are reporting a pothole, broken paving slab, or other defect that is
present on a named street then you can search for the street. You can then use
the street map to draw the exact location of the defect and describe what the
problem is.
If you are reporting a defect that isn't on a named street, for example in a
park or car park, search for a nearby street and then use the map controls to
find the correct location.
You will need to enter a street for each defect you report so it is important
that you have the information ready. If you do not know the name of the street
then you may be able to find it from the street map.
If you have any problems using this form or cannot position the defect you are
reporting then you can phone 01803 207740 (8am - 5pm) and our officers will
help you report the problem. Outside of office hours you can leave a message.
Having problems?
If for any reason you find you can't report the problem using this form then
please phone us on the number shown above and Torbay Council will try to locate
the defect for you.
