How to access services

If you think a Supporting People service could help you then you need to contact the Housing Support Referral Hub. The Hub finds the Supporting People service that you need and/or points you to other organisations. This means you do not have to apply to lots of different Supporting People services. Your social worker, probation worker, housing worker or another organisation can contact the Hub on your behalf or you can contact the Hub directly.
The Hub does not access sheltered housing schemes for older people. To find this type of scheme you need to contact Devon Home Choice opens in a new window and add your name to the housing register.

Hub workers can visit people wherever it is convenient to them to discuss their needs.
