To consider the submitted report which provides an update on Town Centre Regeneration.

The Committee considered and noted the submitted report and exempt appendix which provided an update on the six main town centre regeneration schemes set out in the Strategy for Torbay’s Town Centres.  Members noted that an officer Employment, Regeneration and Investment Project Board had been set up to help bring forward investments and regeneration projects and oversee other employment and capital projects.
