That the Council submits a bid for capital funding for Oldway Mansion to Heritage Horizons.
Reasons for the decision:
To submit an expressions of interest bid to Heritage Horizons to secure external funding for Oldway Mansion.

This decision will come into force immediately.
Information:
The Council has an opportunity to submit an expressions of interest bid for capital funding to help restore Oldway Mansion, Paignton from Heritage Horizons. If the expression of interest is accepted it will lease to an opportunity to present the case for Oldway in December 2019. Should the presentation then be successful then a full business case will need to be drawn up pending a final bid in August 2020.
